Feeling Sad

I feel very sad to see this situation. I go KL Sentral to apply my KTMB i-card for student at 18 December. When I arrive Rawang to interchange my train go to KL Sentral, I catch the pictures at below.

How I cannot feeling sad. I also feel very difficult because I need interchange 1 time extra when I board train either from Rasa to Nilai or Nilai to Rasa. Hope this situation not become true after 6 month.
