26/7/2018 Try onboard KTM Komuter Express

Effective 25/7/2018, KTM Komuter have 2 additional commuter train service between Seremban and KL Sentral. There are "Komuter Express". The train is ONLY RUN AT WEEKDAY and 1 train for morning peak hour from Seremban to KL Sentral and 1 train for afternoon peak hour from KL Sentral to Seremban. Both train is ONLY STOP at Nilai station. The fare is same as normal commuter service. Therefore, you can directly use the KTM Komuter Link card or Touch n Go card as usual tap in at the gate, or purchase a token at Ticket Vending Machine or Ticket Counter. Let's go talk about my experience onboard.

First at all, I start my trip at Nilai as I need to go back home also.
The poster inside the station to tell passengers about this additional train.

Normal morning at Nilai station.

Since I arrive early, the normal commuter train arrive first before the express commuter train arrive.

Normal commuter train depart.

10 minutes later, the express commuter train arrived.

As usual, the train is use Six Car Set as express commuter train.

As usual LED dynamic route map available but the announcement have been close to avoid confuse.

Not too crowded since it is second day for this additional train service.

Passing through Bangi

Passing through Serdang and overtake a commuter train.

Passing through Bandar Tasik Selatan.

Arrive KL Sentral 3 minutes early. So fast.

The SCS 15 use as express commuter train.

In conclusion, it is a better way to shuttle the passengers from Seremban to Kuala Lumpur by the additional express commuter train since there are many people who live at Seremban but work at Kuala Lumpur.

In case of why Bandar Tasik Selatan station not include to the additonal train service stop it may cause by the station is around 20 minutes away from KL Sentral and also the KLIA Transit and LRT can make passengers easy to go into city center. Include the stop is waste a little of time.
